Our mission is to help brides so she can enjoy the wedding day.  We are proud to provide very detailed
services so you and your guests will remember your wedding to be very special and fun.  
We are most trained in the extended day-of coordination (The Essential), however we will help you
choose venues, developing themes, budget, or whatever you need help on.

The Essential

This package is designed for the couple that wishes to be fully involved in their planning process, but
needs some coordinating help from professional.
This package includes:

  •        One meeting prior to the event, usually about 4 months prior to the wedding
  •        Review contracts and make sure you have ordered everything you need
  •        Unlimited emails and phone calls
  •        Coordinating with all the vendors a week before the event for the final confirmation
  •        Creating time line
  •        Attending rehearsal and giving advice
  •        Collection of items needed to be brought to the site such as place cards, champagne
               flutes, cake topper, guest sign book, etc.
  •        Arriving the site before all the vendors and coordinate them
  •        Assisting photographers and videographers
  •        Making sure everything is set up in the way planned
  •        Cuing musicians
  •        Greeting and instructing guests who arrived late
  •        Receiving and protecting gifts during the ceremony
  •        Assisting DJ or musicians
  •        Coordinating with caterers and musicians during the reception
  •        Distributing final payments to vendors
  •        Staying on site until breakdown and making sure everything is packed and cleaned
  •        May bring assistant(s) depending on the complexity of the event
  •        Use of our emergency kit

I also offer consultation service per hour, day-of-coordination, and planning.
